Do I Have Adrenal Fatigue?

Life can be exhausting. There are so many elements that draw upon your energy reserve and drain you. From work to family to friends and everything in between, it can be tough to find time to relax and replenish your energy supply. If stress is a major part of your life, then it can certainly make it challenging to sleep at night, which can also lead to more exhaustion.

Along with being incredibly tired, you might also be experiencing physical symptoms. These can include the following:

All of these combined may give you cause for concern. In some cases, you may discover that you have what’s called adrenal fatigue.

What is Adrenal Fatigue?

The adrenal glands in your body are responsible for producing a variety of essential hormones. It’s believed that with undue stress on your body, they can produce too many of a specific type of hormone and end up burning themselves out.

While it is possible for a person to experience issues with their adrenal glands that need to be treated, whether or not you are experiencing adrenal fatigue is debatable. In some areas, this isn’t recognized as a medical issue.

What To Do About the Symptoms?

Adrenal fatigue may not be recognized by all as a medical issue, but the symptoms are incredibly real. Finding ways to combat these may be beneficial for a person to feel better and get on with their life. If they have worked with other doctors and haven’t had satisfactory results or they can’t find the cause of the issues, it may be time to take another path.

Some of the ways to combat these symptoms may include changes in diet, exercise, and lifestyle. Instead of putting harmful chemicals in your body to feel better, taking a natural route might be what you need.

If you’re ready to try something new and learn how to defeat the symptoms listed above, contact Sloan Natural Health Center. They have a variety of natural alternatives that could be just what you’ve been  needing to get over your exhaustion.
